Project Manager (Property & Construction) –  Based in Johor / KL

• Monitoring and coordination/liaison with project consultants for design, process of tendering, bids evaluation, supervision construction activities, quality and timely completion of project as per approve schedule of construction and standards and specifications
• Monitor the completion of various activities against the milestone and expenditures budget for the completion of building.
• To review on design and implement value engineering before finalising the details design prior tendering
• To involve and implement pre-tender, interviews and award and contract binding
• Coordinate and monitor design consultant’s work progress, submission to and approval by authorities
• Develop and submit status report tracking progress, cost and proposals and presentation
• To prepare & present feasibility study & construction work program
• Proactively manage change in project scope, potential critical issues and devise contingency plans
• Coordinate with respective division for feasibility studies & market survey
• Capacity in cross checking various type of drawings & Error identification of construction drawings
• Conducting project team meetings to instil teamwork and cooperation between departments
• Ensure completion of project within budget, timeline and quality objectives
• Full Understanding of all technical department procedures and requirement

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/post graduate in Architecture/Civil/Structural Engineering/ Building Construction / Equivalent
• At least 8-10 years working experiences in construction & property development
• High level of initiative, hands-on & able to work independently

Computer knowledge: MS office, MS project, project management software
