JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provision of support to Finance Manager on all Finance, Accounts and Tax matters, specially the following:

  • Oversee the update of daily cash book & HDA withdrawal.
  • Oversee in Account Payable claims and update of contractor outstanding list.
  • Preparation and submission of Management Accounts and any Financial Reports, to analyse report variances to facilitate management decision making.
  • Assist in formulating, implementing and monitoring the internal procedures and controls of the organisations.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, solicitor, authorities, banker and other professionals on financial related matters.
  • Submission of Borang 7F to KPKT and any other statutory reports required by Authority.
  • Tax Estimation (CP204, CP204A), CP58 and other yearly tax filing.
  • Liaison and administrator for IFCA System.
  • Ensure compliance with the corporate directive and the appropriate statutory and legal requirements.
  • Familiar with computation of project development accounts, accounting standards, i.e. MFRS.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
  • Manage, supervise, guide and lead the Account Executives on all Finance, Accounts and Tax matters.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT: 

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
  • Partial professional qualification with relevant experiences is acceptable
  • Preferably to have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling full set accounts
  • Candidate with experiences in property development industry would be prioritised

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Perform daily accounts operations task, including banking and finance.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
  • Ensure timely submission and accurate monthly financial reporting.
  • Liaise with company’s bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary and etc.
  • Finalization of accounts for annual audit and taxation matters.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
